Important Legal Disclaimer: While tarot provides profound spiritual guidance, for legal and compliance reasons we explicitly state that all consultations are for spiritual guidance and entertainment purposes only. Services do not replace professional medical, financial, psychological, or legal advice.

All readings are strictly confidential. You must be at least 18 years of age to book a consultation. Guidance provided during a session is subject to your personal interpretation, and you retain full personal free will and responsibility for all life decisions and actions.

Limitation of Liability:To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tarot Vaishnavi shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from choices or decisions made subsequent to a reading. All consultations are provided “as is”.

Refund Policy

No Refunds After Session: Once a reading has commenced or been delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.
Client No-Shows: If you do not join your scheduled Audio Call or WhatsApp session within 15 minutes of the start time, the session is forfeited and non-refundable.
Practitioner Unavailability or Technical Issues: In the rare event that a session cannot be delivered or is interrupted due to an issue on our end, you will be offered your choice of priority rescheduling or a 100% full refund.
Refund Processing Timeline: Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days in accordance with Razorpay banking standards.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is our utmost priority. We collect basic information (name, email, phone number, birth details) solely for the purpose of conducting your reading and providing customer support.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. All payment processing is securely handled by Razorpay, and we do not store your credit card or bank details on our servers. You may request deletion of your session data at any time by contacting customer support.
